Form Instructions

Instructions: How to Open, Save, Fill, Print, and Submit Greek School Forms

Greek School Registration Forms and the Emergency Card are computer forms saved as Adobe Acrobat PDF files (PDF = Portable Document Format). They look like paper-based forms but can do much more. For example, you can fill-in a PDF form by typing directly into its fields using a computer. To be able to open and use the Greek School PDF forms you will need "Adobe Reader" (or a similar program) installed on your computer. You can get a free copy of the latest Adobe Reader here: You should install the latest Adobe Reader on your computer before you continue with these instructions.

Open: On the "Home" webpage, click on a Registration Form or the Emergency Card to open and view its PDF file in your Windows or Mac web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).

You cannot fill a PDF form shared on Google Drive using your web browser. You must download it first.

Download:  Download the PDF form and save it to the hard drive of your computer.

Fill: Use the free Adobe Reader (or another PDF program) to open and fill the PDF form you have downloaded. Fields with a red border are "required" and must be filled in.

Save: After you fill in the form, save it to your computer's hard drive under the student's name. For example:

Print: Print the PDF form to paper using the Adobe Reader menus. For the Emergency Form you can also click on the button "Check and Print Form".

Submit: All Greek School forms should be printed on paper, signed, and submitted to the Teacher/Principal. Instructions are included on the forms themselves.
